Inaba Ittetsu
“One of the Three of Western Mino / "Stubborn as Ittetsu"”
One of the "Three of Western Mino," senior retainers of the Saitō of Mino, who went over to the Oda during Nobunaga's conquest of the province. Combining courage with learning, he never bent his convictions, and the expression "ganko ittetsu," stubborn as Ittetsu, is said to derive from him. He distinguished himself at Anegawa and elsewhere and kept his spirit to the end of his life. He was also versed in tea and poetry, a man of both arms and letters.

- Eiroku 10 Going Over to the Oda As one of the Three of Western Mino he made contact with Nobunaga and aided the conquest of Mino.
- Genki 1 Battle of Anegawa Fought the Asakura–Azai alliance on the Oda side.
- Tenshō 7 Retirement Handed the house to his son Sadamichi and retired to Shimizu Castle.
