Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service lets you listen to the voice narration on the Site's battle pages. Chapter 1 of every battle can be heard free, without the Service. Newly added battles may not have narration yet, and the battles, voices and chapters with narration may be added or changed over time.

The Service also lets you view the battle pages' 3D in "Ultra detail". On some devices it may run slowly. Watching the battles in 3D in the standard quality, and watching chapter 1 of every battle in Ultra detail, are free and do not require the Service.

The Service was renamed from "Voice Pass" to "Battle Pass" in October 2026. Voice Passes bought before then keep working as Battle Passes.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are those shown on the Battle Pass page, in Japanese yen with tax included. At checkout, Stripe may show the price converted into your local currency. Payment is made through the payment services of Stripe, Inc., by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or similar methods. The Site never receives your card details.

Purchases made from outside Japan are sold through Link, a payment service of Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). For those purchases, Link handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, receipts and payment support, and Link's terms of purchase also apply.

3. Access period and auto-renewal

• The 1-month, 3-month and 1-year passes can be used for 30, 90 and 365 days respectively from completion of payment. They do not renew automatically.
• The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically for the same period until canceled, and the price is charged on each renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from the Battle Pass page. After canceling, you can keep using the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. No prorated refunds are given for canceling partway through a period.

5. Refunds

Because of the nature of digital content, payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you could not use the Service for reasons attributable to the Site, we will handle it individually.

6. Access codes

• Keep the access code shown at purchase safe yourself. One access code can be used on up to 5 devices.
• You may not transfer, lend or publish an access code to anyone else. If we find unauthorized use, we may disable the code.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Copying, recording, redistributing or publicly transmitting the voice narration.
• Using the Service by improper means, or interfering with the operation of the Site.
• Anything contrary to law or to public order and morals.

8. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change the Service, or suspend it temporarily for maintenance or because of a fault. If we end the Service, we will announce it on the Site at least one month in advance and refund the 1-month, 3-month and 1-year passes in proportion to their remaining periods.

9. Disclaimer

We are not responsible if audio cannot be played because of your network or device. On the accuracy of the Site's content, see the Disclaimer (in Japanese).

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. Changed terms take effect when posted on the Site. We will announce important changes on the Site in advance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the operator's address. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.

12. Language

These terms are a translation of the Japanese 利用規約. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
